What is Living a Magical Life?
Living a Magical Life is a lifestyle based in awareness, acceptance, and action. Its essence is simply living in the present moment.
All of the information given to you in the coaching is intended to inspire and guide you to reveal your full potential in every area of your life.
It is a myth that success is due to hard work, stress and strain. Living moment to moment naturally brings about success in a way that is effortless, uncomplicated, and unproblematic. That’s what makes it feel so magical!
What is coaching?
Coaching is a form of guidance which is used to help you gain more satisfaction and fulfillment from any area of your life. Coaches typically work with you as a partner to help you make the best decisions, discover what you really want, find the right words for a tough communication, or just tell you the truth about a given situation.
My clients already have all the answers that they require within themselves. My job is to help the client tap into the deep resource that they already own to find the appropriate answers to the areas of their life that is just not working for them.
How is this different than traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy focuses on resolving past ‘issues’ to get you to a less problematic future, and generally working hard to fix yourself so you can be a better “you”.
Living a Magical Life is simply about getting into the moment called “right now” and is a lifestyle of practicing living in the moment.
So, it’s not so much about what you’re doing, but how you’re being while you’re doing what you’re doing. Being present is a practice. The more you live in every “right now”, the easier and more magical life gets. The basic principles of living moment to moment are awareness, acceptance, and action.
While therapy tends to be psychological, that is “why” you are the way you are, Living a Magical Life is a much more neutral and non-judgmental approach by observing what “is”.
Very little effort is involved. In our coaching session you will soon discover that I view you as a whole and complete human being who doesn’t need to be changed or fixed in the first place.
How does this do less, enjoy more thing work?
Simply put, you get into how life is showing up right now. Living moment to moment does not require or even include thinking about the past or worrying about the future. It is just being aware and interested in what is going on in your life right here, right now.
When you let go of thinking about the past and the future and only focus on this moment called “now”, old mechanical behaviors melt away, worries and anxieties in the form of “problems” resolve themselves. You have a new sense of clarity and well-being, improving every area of your life. You start living a magical life.
Yes, I know...it sounds like a paradox. But the truth is, when you learn how to
do less stressing, straining, second-guessing, over-analyzing, worrying, comparing, arguing, blaming, complaining, procrastinating, what-if-ing, and shoulda-coulda-woulda-ing, you actually enjoy more fulfillment, satisfaction, love, creativity, productivity, fun, adventure, free time, success, accomplishment, health, wealth, synchronicity, and well-being.
What kind of results can I expect?
Living a Magical Life is not results-oriented, it’s “being-ness”-oriented. How you experience your life by practicing living in the moment will directly depend on your level of honesty, commitment, responsibility and accountability.
However, people who use the do less, enjoy more vehicle to navigate through life notice a sudden shift in the quality of their lives after just one session.

How do coaching sessions work?
You simply book an appointment with me and then I call you on your appointment day and time. During the call, we’ll discuss what's working and not working in your life. Then the fun begins and we explore it all together using awareness, acceptance and action! Phone sessions are incredibly cost effective and convenient. But, if you’d like an in-person appointment (meaning you live in the Orange County, California area), I can do that as well for a slightly higher fee.
